End of Stint at TT
my five weeks at tt are over. the tt service crew were like sad, and some wished that the whole 10 weeks will be at tt instead of changing over to sl for 5 weeks. sigh~ really will miss the times i had at tt every wed. today was like the best we had ever done and can ever done since we're moving down to sl next week onwards.

my five roles at tt frm the first week are, Headwaitress, Bartender, Host, Waitress, Steward. Started with the highest rank position and ended with the lowest rank position. I like my roles as they are diverse, giving me a chance to try as many diff roles as possible. knew some ppl who had like waiter 3 weeks then captain 2 weeks liddat. thats like really sian pls. but this will also make the person more experienced being a waiter. so got pros and cons anyway you see it.
had pft2 today. was pretty ok actually. practicing the whole thing like its real did help me alot. ^^
went to change to steward's htm shirt just before operations. finally get to taste those delicious food which chef introduced to us before operations. yay! one good point of being steward, you get to enjoy the food in the back house when operations starts. peak hour starts and never stops till the end of operations so its pretty busy. but the beginning really nth to do but just chat and chat^^
debrief by ms mark and she commented that we are a class that knows how to have fun even while working at tt. (smth along that line) nice!!!
ok, just in case ppl dunno, i'll be working at sl every wed starting from next week onwards so come support ok?! mudslide is damn nice, the potato gratin is super nice too, try the lasagna too and various other good food!
